Celebrating Ollie Otter!

The Ollie Otter Seat Belt and Booster Seat Education Program develops a positive opinion towards seat belt and booster seat use in the minds of children, parents, and communities  as a whole. Ollie Ollie will be celebrating reaching One Million High Five's in March of 2020 and is looking forward to reaching a million more as we continue to share Ollie's message, "Under 4'9" - Booster Time!" across the state and beyond.

Help make a difference : Ollie is always looking for volunteers to help promote child passenger safety and spread the word– “Under 4’9”? Booster Time!” The Tennessee Road Builders Association (TRBA) and its Ollie Otter Child Safety Foundation are proud to be the founders and first supporters of the Ollie Otter Program. They are especially excited to see his statewide program moving towards the 1,000,000 Kids milestone.
